Please read carefully and agree to the following "License Agreement" before using T-Kernel Traceabilty Service.

T-Kernel Traceability Service License Agreement


1. Scope of use This License Agreement (hereafter referred to as the
"Agreement") governs the use conditions of T-Kernel Traceability
Service (hereafter referred to as the "Service") which is provided by
TRON Forum (hereafter referred to as the "Forum").

2. Copyright
Forum and its providers own and shall continue to own the copyright in and to all the software, documentation, images on the display, and their copies. 

3. License
3.1 Forum grants to the user (hereafter referred to as the "Licensee") a non exclusive right to use the Service free of charge. However, all the expense of Internet service provider, communication costs, etc. for Licensee to use the Service shall be borne by Licensee.
3.2 Licensee agrees that no intellectual property right licensed by this Agreement shall be transferred or licensed to Licensee either expressly or implicitly.

4. Prohibitions
4.1 Licensee shall not do any of the following without prior written consent of Forum.
4.1.1 Reprint, transfer, sell, or distribute the Service and any works in the Service in any manner.
4.1.2 Crack or hack the Service, or disrupt its normal operation.
4.1.3 Transfer or sell the right to use the Service, or rent or lease the Service.

5. No warranty and Indemnification
5.1 Forum makes no warranty as to the defect, unfitness for a particular purpose, disruption of the Service, infringement of third party rights by using the Software, or any other issues.
5.2 Forum shall not be liable for any losses or damages (including, but not limited to lost earnings, business interruption, loss of business information, and other pecuniary damage) relating to or arising from the use, unavailability, or crash of the Service, or loss of registered data even if Forum has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

6. Responsibility of Licensee
6.1 Licensee shall use the Service at his/her own responsibility.
6.2 Licensee shall be solely liable for any action and its result using the Service.
6.3 Licensee shall be liable for keeping secrets of his/her account password to use the Service.
6.4 All the information such as text, image, audio, etc. registered by Licensee using the Service shall belong to Licensee. Forum assumes no responsibility for the content of the information such as text, image, audio, etc. released by Licensee using the Service.
6.5 In the event that Licensee defames any person, violates copyright law, the right of others, or their rights of privacy, or discloses personal information of the third party without permission, the Licensee shall at his/her own responsibility and expense resolve such issues. Forum assumes no liability for any illegal or injurious action of Licensee, including but not limited to the above issues
7. Authority to delete/edit information
In cases cited below, Forum shall reserve the right, regardless of the existence or otherwise of illegality or a breach of agreement in information registered on the Service, such as text, images, audio, etc., to take measures such as the deletion of all or any part of related information.
7.1. Cases in which a government organization or an expert identifies or expresses the opinion that there exists illegality, a violation of public order or morality, or an infringement of the rights of another person with regards to information such as text, images, audio, etc.
7.2. Cases in which a third party has claimed the rights to information such as text, images, audio, etc.
7.3. Cases in which it is judged by Forum that information such as text, images, audio, etc. infringes the copyright of a third party.
7.4. Cases in which it is judged by Forum that information causes Service operation problems such as unavailability of the registered distribution.

8. Termination and Modification
8.1 Forum reserves the right to terminate the Service without prior notice.
8.2 Forum reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without prior notice in the event that Licensee breaches the terms of this Agreement.
8.3 Forum reserves the right to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time without prior consent of Licensee.

9. Handling of personal information
9.1 Licensee agrees to disclose and register his/her e-mail address to and in Forum to use the Service.
9.2 Forum uses the e-mail address disclosed and registered by Licensee to use the Service only for the limited purpose of providing them with their passwords to use the Service and informing them of any modification of the Service or Agreement.

10. Miscellaneous
10.1 This Agreement shall not obligate Forum to provide Licensee with any support (such as bug fixing, or support or technical service, etc. by telephone, fax, or e-mail) or upgrade.
10.2 Any and all disputes concerning this Agreement or Services shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted under the laws of Japan, not by the law concerning the selection of the applicable law by law, etc.
10.3 Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first hearing for any and all disputes concerning this Agreement or Service.
These terms were enacted and shall be effective on/from month/date, 2010.
